A guide to our Inbox feature
Our inbox is a secure messaging system where you can respond to messages your employees have sent via the Sona app.
To reply to a message, just click on the name of the staff member on the left hand side, type your message and once finished, click the arrow on the right hand side.
If an employee sends you a message in the app, it'll appear in the inbox and we'll also send you an email to let you know.
