How are my employees notified about shifts?

How we notify employees about new shifts and changes to their existing shifts

 

We send employees push notifications to let them know that new shifts have been made available - we send these in batches to ensure we're not overloading them with new shift notifications.

If you have changed the times or cancelled an employee's shift, this is automatically updated in their app and we send them a push notification and an email letting them know about the change.
