How do I send a message to my manager?

Messaging your manager from within the Sona app

Once you've claimed a shift, you can send a message to the manager(s) by clicking "Message your employer" at the bottom of the shift.

This will send a message to your manager(s) who will also receive an email to let them know you've sent a message.

Once you've started a thread, you can also continue to message your manager from the inbox section of the app
