How do I cancel a shift?

Cancelling shifts in the Sona app

• You can only cancel shifts in the app if your employer has allowed this

• Your employer may have placed a restriction on when you're able to cancel shifts

• If your employer has not permitted in-app cancellations, contact your manager to cancel your shift - they'll be able to cancel it for you

If you have any questions about your employers cancellation policy - contact your manager directly

If your employer allows cancellations;

• You will only be able to cancel Open Shifts

• If you would like to cancel or cannot work one of your Contracted shifts - discuss this with your manager directly
