My employee(s) can't see shifts in their app

Shifts are sent to the Sona app in real time, if an employee can't see shifts:

  • Reach out to us or your Sona champion to check if there are any tiering rules set up on you account for different staff groups
  • Ask your employee to check their filters, their settings may be too limited for your current shifts pattern

  • If they still can’t see any shifts - report this using our Support form
